As a global Human Resource leader in multiple ownership models including private equity, public, and privately held companies, my industry experience is vast, spanning technology, digital marketing, telecommunications, and consumer products to name a few. My broad and unique portfolio of experience and business knowledge enhances my ability to build and enrich leadership teams, foster HR functions and programs, and assist companies in adapting their culture to support their evolution.

As an experienced CHRO and Senior HR Business Partner, my corporate experience includes Coaching, Organizational Design, HR metrics, Score-carding, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession planning, M&A, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition in North America, Asia, Latin America, Canada, and EMEA.

I have worked in large best-in-class HR functions and have built out small growing HR functions. I have been a business partner collaborating with COE's and I have been a part of a COE collaborating with business partners.

I believe a combination of metrics, employee advocacy, and business partnering are the keys to building a successful HR function.

When I am not working in the world of Human Capital or spending time with my family, I am a kettlebell enthusiast and believe in the power of daily exercise. Health and wellness are an important component of being the best me.
